Coercive control & Safety planning
Most women will have developed ways to keep themselves and their children safe, but they may not have a formalised plan. Our staff can help you develop a personalised, practical safety plan that includes ways to remain safe if you are still in the relationship, planning to leave, or have left. Safety plans include strategies for different environments such as home, work and in the community.
